Today I'm hosting my first challenge at Let's Scrap, Challenge #171, just go over there if you will join us. Everyone can be a member and join in the fun there.
Since I love to use layers and making my own flowers that's what the challenge are all about this time.
For my inspiration page I used a photo I took this summer at a place called Fiskevollen, there are a lot of old houses built for the fishing in the lake. I aged the photo in a photoprogram and with the september kit from Swirlydoos came the perfect papers for this page, which of course are based on a sketch from Let's Scrap.
Here are some closeups.
First the flowers, which I made using one of the great tutorials at Let's Scrap.
Here you can see that I lifted the photo and used 3D-foam under it.
Some of the layers.
The boarder of fleur de lis are made with mod podge and silicon forms, which I got with my last kit from Swirlydoos.
Since I have used the last kit from Swirlydoos and butterflies on this, I also use it in this months butterfly-challenge there.
