A birthdaycard

Since we didn't have a guest-designer for the card-sketch for January at Stick it Down, I voluntered to do a card.
Usually I'm on the double sketch team, but I love making cards too.

Here is my card:

I stayedvery close to the sketch and used scraps for my card. I used two patterned paper pieces. On the top part I just splattered some mist on the white cardstock. Both the pp and the mist are from My Besties

Here is the sketch:

I put some mist on the ribbon too.

The motive is stamped with Adirondac ink. I put the text right under. The text says Congratulations (in norwegian).

I isn't easy to catch both the shimmer and the soft color in the mist, so you have to imagin that.
