I used the sketch to make a card for a babies christening and here is my take on the sketch:
The text is a mix of an alphabet die set and a double die with just one word, and is says "To the child to be christened" in norwegian.

As you can see I have turned the sketch over and I used three rows of squares, since that fitted my cardsize and motive better.
