I colored the mouse with hearts with Prismacolor pencils, cut it out and placed it on 3D adhesive pads on top of the four squares in the sketch.

I've used pp from Blue Fern Studio and four wooden hearts from Studio calico in the corners. The hearts where painted with metallic paint.
